Supplemental Information
If your membership is accepted, you will receive notice within the month via emailed invoice for $651 membership dues to the Rio Grande Valley Builders Association, the Texas Association of Builders and the National Association of Home Builders. Please let us know how you would prefer to pay for your membership. Your selection will be saved as your future payment preference(s).
If your membership is accepted, you will be added to our email list(s) and invited to all local and state-sponsored Association events upon membership payment. Are there additional contacts within your organization that you would like for us to add to our email list(s) to receive information about upcoming RGVBA, state and national events? Please include their name, email and title/position in your company.
Membership Terms
Annual membership dues include $10.00 for a one-year subscription to Nation's Building News. Annual membership dues for builder and architect members also include $15.00 for a one-year subscription to BUILDER Magazine. Members may not deduct subscription prices from total dues.
Communications Consent: I understand that by providing the communication information above and signing this from, on behalf of my company/organization specified above, I consent to receive communications sent by or on behalf of the National Association of Home Builders, and the affiliated state and local HBAs of which I am also a member. I further represent that I am authorized to give this consent on behalf of my company/organization.
I agree to abide by the Constitution, Code of Ethics, and bylaws of the Local Association to which this membership application is being directed, of the National Association of Home Builders of the United States with which it is affiliated, and the State Association if such affiliation exists. A remittance of $651.00 representing my annual membership dues will follow this application if my membership is accepted.
I understand that dues payments are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, dues payments may be deductible as an ordinary business expense, subject to an exclusion for lobby activity. Because a portion of your dues is used by lobbying NAHB, and affiliated state (if applicable) and local association.
The Rio Grande Valley Builder's Association encompasses Hidalgo and Starr Counties.
We educate and promote the housing and building industry, serving our community and our industry professionals.
